How to check eSIM support

iPhone / iPad
If you see Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, your device supports eSIM. Alternatively dial *#06#; if an EID number is listed, eSIM is available.

Android
Dial *#06#; if an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM. You can also check Settings → Connections / Network → SIM manager → Add eSIM.

- iPhones sold in mainland China and dual physical-SIM Hong Kong / Macau variants do not support eSIM.
- Carrier-locked devices only accept that carrier's eSIM profiles; make sure your device is unlocked.
- For Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and OPPO, eSIM support can vary by regional variant (e.g. China models).
- If your device is not listed, checking for an EID via *#06# is the most reliable method.
